Vanessa Brown, aka VV Brown is a singer, a songwriter, a performer, multi-instrumentalist and a producer. Influenced by her love for Jazz, the 50’s and “old school rock and roll,” Vanessa is the latest solo female artist to push herself to the forefront of the London music circuit.
In this 24-year-old’s world, love sounds like the perfect melody. Despite her young age, Vanessa’s career in music has already seen her travel across the Atlantic when a major label signed her up at 19. After working with some big name producers and finding herself singing backing vocals for the Pussycat Dolls, Vanessa decided her surrounding were compromising her own musical freedom and left LA to live back in London. She now finds herself signed to Island Records and with her album nearing completion; you can expect to hear a lot more about this promising artist in the coming future.
